Delivery and Returns

We offer free delivery on orders over €25 and a flat rate of €5 for under within Ireland. We offer free delivery over €50 to the UK mainland
To America  An Post 4 to 5 working days.
We use  GLS couriers to deliver our products in the most cost effective way possible. You will receive a tracker number from GLS provide you have given a valid email at checkout the evening before delivery. So you can track and arrange different delivery time or day or pick up from local depot.
We try our up most to get your package to you by the next day if you order by 11 am.
Every label and box we send has no markings to say it has anything to do with adult toys we 100% guarantee.

Next Day Click and Collect 

We offer a click-and-collect service for the next day, available at an oohpod parcel locker located in Liffey Valley Shopping centre in the Tesco car park.
How it works  just make your order online and at checkout choose “Next Day Click and Collect Liffey Valley” then pay for your order online.
When your order is ready for collection you will receive an email telling you it is ready for collection with a unique access code. You go to the ohhpod locker and press “pick up” on the screen then enter your code and a door will open then you can collect your order. Its totally discreet and the packing is discreet.

You have up to 48hrs to collect your order.

Packages are usually ready by 1pm next day don’t go to locker until you receive email with code.

When Will Receive My Parcel ?

Order before 11am on a Workday and the courier will collect same day. Order After 11am and the courier will collect it the following day.

Order before 11am on Friday and the courier will collect it Friday but it won’t deliver until Monday (assuming not a bank holiday). Order after 11am on a Friday the courier will collect it on Monday and deliver it Tuesday. Ok?

If you would prefer to not get the parcel delivered to your address but would rather collect it yourself for whatever reason. We will then dispatch it to the local GLS Depot of which there are 9 at the moment around Ireland.

When we dispatch your order, the following business day the package will be available to collect at the local depot.

Parcel Motel has finished up and will close down the end of Jan 2023 but don’t worry there is new parcel motel called OOHPod created by the same founders of Parcel Motel and works nearly the same way as it with some new options they have a few around Dublin and Northern Ireland but are rapidly expanding.
